I was advised to start this blog as a way to provide information to those who really want to know how to improve their lives in every way. As a health/lifestyle consultant, I love to provide my clients with tools to enable them to see vast improvements in their lives quickly. I've read so many great books, though to be honest, most just repeat what others have written. Of course, that's what I'm actually doing here too...though in a brief form, so you don't have to spend hours of your life learning these things! If you apply them to your life, you will experience a change (in some cases) in 1 week! I've had others take longer and most take shorter...so it really depends on you...what are you willing to do to enjoy your life now? I consider myself to be a spiritual person...so I will warn you right here and now...I have a different way of looking at things...you may not have thought of things this way...you may agree with my outlook...or you may be totally offended by it...this is me...and if you are here...you've been guided to be here.
This blog will touch on all aspects of body, mind and soul...from alternative healing methods to dietary info to meditation techniques to...well...whatever spirit moves me to teach you about!
Let's see...we can start with a special breathing technique I learned from Tony Robbins:
Finger Tapping and Walking Energy Method
Part 1:
Touch your thumb to your index finger, while taking a short breath in.
Then touch your thumb to your middle finger and take another short breath in.
Touch your thumb to your ring finger and take another short breath in.
Touch your thumb to your pinky (little) finger and take another short breath in.
To Exhale: Repeat same order of tapping fingertips.
Touch your thumb to your index finger, while letting a short breath out.
Then touch your thumb to your middle finger and let a short breath out.
Touch your thumb to your ring finger and let a short breath out.
Touch your thumb to your pinky (little) finger and let another short breath out.
With each finger you touch, you take a step forward, so that you are walking in time to the finger tapping exercise. Do all of this for 3-5 minutes.
Part 2:
As you do the finger tapping exercise, stop the breathing part and instead, repeat the following in time with the beat of the tapping:
"Every day, in every way, I'm feeling better and better and better".
You can change the words to best reflect what your intentions are. For example:
"Every day, in every way, I'm feeling more and more healthy now".
My favourite is this one:
"Every day, in every way, I'm feeling sexier, happier and healthier"...this is something women may be able to relate to...since feeling sexy tends to make you "feel like a woman" and therefore, feel special about your own femininity...again change the words to best reflect you. Do this incantation for 3 minutes.
Part 3:
While doing the tapping technique, think of all of the things you have in your life now that you are grateful for. Then, say it out loud "I'm so grateful for..." and say what it is...like how healthy you are. Start with everything about you that you're grateful for...I love to sing and many people tell me how beautiful my voice is, so I say "I'm so grateful for my voice because I can sing and it feels so good". "I'm so grateful for how smart I am. I'm so grateful for all of the talents I have." Then say how grateful you are about the people in your life...your significant other, your family, your closest friends...then go on to other things, like being grateful for the teachers you've had in your life...the tools you have to do your job...the internet for providing you with access to more knowledge and connect with friends. Do this gratefulness for 3 minutes, though you can go longer!
Part 4:
Now it's time to create what you want for yourself. Start by thanking spirit, God, the universe, or whatever you want to call it...in effect call on your universal connection to others and say thank you for all of the things you want to manifest, as if you've already manifested them. For example, you could say "thank you God for my new job"...or "thank you for my new soulmate. Thank you for having him come into my life now!" Whatever you want to create, thank the universe as if you've already gotten it! Do this for another 3 minutes.
Part 5:
This is the wrap up. Going back to the complete finger tapping while you walk, say these incantations in time with the finger tapping:
"All I need is within me now"...or "All the love I need is within me now"..."All the joy I need is within me now"..."All the wealth I need is within me now". I find just the first 2 I have listed here are the most powerful. Do this for another 3 minutes.
And voila! If you do this a minimum of 5 days a week...you're spending approximately 15-20 minutes of walking a day...just doing this alone will help you lose weight...and it will totally change your perspective on things! You'll feel more inspired...more loved...more happy...and I guarantee you'll feel different!

Incidentally...I only recommend products I believe in 100%, because I know it works. I've had people try to get me to sell their stuff in the past, however, if it's garbage, or just won't work effectively or quickly, I won't recommend it. Life's too precious to waste time and effort on things that may or may not work!
